Victory Web Productions, (formerly Independent Consulting) started out as a political consulting firm for local third-party candidates in the summer of 2003. Independent Consulting's founder Victor Rodriguez learned quickly that to be able to be competitive as a small business, he would have to learn ways to cut costs. After recognizing the astronomical costs of having a website professionally built and designed, Victor Rodriguez decided to learn web designing himself.

Independent Consulting eventually evolved into an Internet affiliate marketing company, advertising and driving customers to its client sites. After years of perfecting his skill of web designing and marketing in order to serve his own business needs, Victor Rodriguez decided to take his knowledge and experience in web design and help other small businesses save hundreds of dollars in web design fees. In late 2009 Victor Rodriguez formed Victory Web Productions in order to provide web design services targeted specifically to small businesses and organizations.

Victory Web Productions now employs two designers and is seeking to partner with more designers in the future. Victor brings his seven years of web design experience to the table.
